Ferguson police announce plan to combine old school techniques, new technology to cut crime

FERGUSON, Mo. — Since 2016, Ferguson police have been under a consent decree with the Department of Justice, and over that time crime rates have steadily increased.

Ferguson Police Chief Troy Doyle plans to combine old-school policing with new-school technology to cut crime in the community.
