MARYLAND HEIGHTS, Mo. — Maryland Heights police believe a serial burglar who was charged on Thursday may have been targeting the city’s Indian community and they’re asking other possible victims to come forward.
Anthony Ward, 29, was charged with four counts of second-degree burglary, two felony counts of stealing, and two misdemeanor counts of stealing.
