ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A 24-year-old St. Louis man was sentenced to 20 years in prison Friday for a fatal 2020 shooting.
Jynell Luss pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and armed criminal action for the shooting death of 20-year-old Adam Martin on July 18, 2020.
According to the St. Louis City Prosecutor’s Office, on July 18, 2020, Luss was driving a stolen car when he crashed into Martin’s car near the intersection of Page and Goodfellow Boulevards. After the crash, prosecutors say Luss told Martin and his passenger to get out of their car and had them walk into a nearby alley, where Luss shot Martin twice. Martin died from his injuries…
