Special School District assistants accused of assaulting non-verbal students

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – Classroom assistants from the Special School District (SSD) were arrested for assaulting students.

A statement from the Pattonville Superintendent and the SSD Superintendent reads that two teachers, Angelette Boleyjack Calhoun and Charnita Thomas, who work at the Academy of Innovation at Remington, were arrested for assaulting students.
