CAHOKIA HEIGHTS (First Alert 4) — A woman was shot and killed Tuesday evening in Cahokia Heights.
The Major Case Squad of Greater St. Louis said in a press release that 22-year-old Jamya Dukes was pronounced dead around 10:30 p.m. She was taken to Touchette Regional Hospital with multiple gunshot wounds by unknown individuals.
The Cahokia Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad Wednesday morning. Twenty investigators are working on the case…
