Woman convicted of evidence tampering now charged with murder in St. Louis

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A Florissant woman is charged with second-degree murder after authorities say she admitted to arranging a marijuana deal in August 2023 that turned fatal.

A no-bond warrant was issued on Friday for 32-year-old Nichole Birr on the murder charge and a count of first-degree robbery, also a class A felony. She is currently confined in a federal prison in Tallahassee on a federal conviction for disposing of evidence in the case.
