A U.S. Postal Service tractor trailer lost some pallets of mail early Saturday morning in downtown St. Louis. There were no injuries to any bystanders or damage to other vehicles, but the truck appeared to run a red light according to witnesses and lost some of its load in the process.
Mail staff arrived on the scene, near North 14th Street and Convention Plaza, a short time later and collected the mail from the pallets, and a spokesman says the incident is under investigation.
