Driver followed 14 miles, shot at after traffic dispute in St. Louis County

ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – A couple followed a driver for nearly 14 miles through St. Louis County, then confronted him in a parking lot over a traffic dispute before firing shots at his vehicle, police say.

The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office filed charges Monday against Torrence Triplett, 26, and Miracle Amerson, 24, amid the investigation. Both face felony charges of armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon.
