CLAYTON, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A 21-year-old man is charged with killing his girlfriend during an alleged domestic assault on Thursday in Affton.
St. Louis County prosecutors on Thursday charged Martino Lewis of St. Louis with second-degree murder, third-degree domestic assault and armed criminal action in the death of 25-year-old Kelsey Elem.
According to St. Louis County Police, Lewis and the victim were in a relationship. On Thursday, a witness reported Lewis arguing with her and striking her.
