ST. LOUIS — A woman was found dead inside a vacant church on Tuesday when police responded to a call for help at the building.
According to St. Louis Metropolitan Police, the unidentified woman was found suffering from undetermined injuries around 8 a.m. in the 2100 block of E. Grand Blvd. in the city’s College Hill neighborhood.
When EMS responded, they pronounced the woman dead. The medical examiner is conducting an investigation to determine the cause of death.
