Sentence handed down to man who pleaded guilty to violent carjacking at St. Louis parking garage

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A man from St. Louis County has been sentenced to prison for a violent carjacking.

Ahdaejay Britton, 20, of Bel-Ridge, was sentenced to 130 months in prison and previously pleaded guilty to counts of carjacking and brandishing a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence.

Prosecutors said that on May 8, 2023, Britton and a juvenile accomplice watched the victim drive a Mazda 3 into a parking garage in the 3800 block of Lindell Boulevard and decided to steal it.
