ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – Boards are covering up a door and windows at the Thomas Dunn Learning Center in south St. Louis.
It’s not the first time this year the organization said it has responded to windows smashed by the same person, but the most recent incident has the center saying no more.
