ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A teenager has been certified to stand trial as an adult in the January shooting death of Deandre Pickens in the City of St. Louis.
Pickens was shot and killed the afternoon of Jan. 15 in the 3500 block of Harper. Investigators said surveillance video captured the fatal shooting near a Mobil gas station.
