ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – We have a follow-up to a KMOX News exclusive. Why so many Walgreens’ pharmacies leaving customers in a lurch by not being able to get prescriptions during regular business hours.
KMOX asked people last week on the social media platform Nextdoor, if they were having trouble getting their prescriptions, the response was overwhelming, messages continue to pour in and as it turns out, it’s not just at a few Walgreens pharmacies. It happens in St. Louis City, North, South and West St. Louis County, we’ve even had complaints from Festus, Missouri.
After several attempts to give Walgreens corporate a chance to answer our questions, the media spokesman chose not to return our calls or emails…
