ST. LOUIS – The City of St. Louis has launched four new recovery programs to assist residents impacted by the May 16 tornado.
The programs aim to help with urgent repair needs, offer trusted technical guidance and help homeowners avoid fraud and further damages to tornado-damaged homes.
As of Tuesday, four key programs are now underway: Emergency Stabilization, Electricity Reconnection, Ask An Architect and Contractor Registry.
Emergency Stabilization
