Man arrested in Cole County with nearly 100 cocaine/fentanyl-filled capsules

A St. Louis-area man is caught with fentanyl and cocaine-filled capsules in Cole County.

Frank Schulte, 44, of Hazelwood, is charged with first-degree drug trafficking, possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence, resisting arrest, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to register a motor vehicle, and failure to wear a seat belt.

According to court documents, a deputy tried to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle with an expired temporary tag early Friday morning.
