Man pleads guilty to killing mother, daughter after Drake concert in St. Louis

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – Monte Henderson has pleaded guilty in the February 2024 incident that killed a mother and daughter after a Drake concert in downtown St. Louis.

Prosecutors said Henderson was speeding when he ran a red light, killing 42-year-old Laticha Bracero, known as Lety, and her 21-year-old daughter Alyssa Cordova, as they left the Drake concert on Valentine’s Day in 2024. Video from that night shows a Jeep speeding down the street before striking the women as they crossed at the intersection of North 18th Street and Olive Avenue.
