FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS, Ill. (First Alert 4) – Police are investigating after a person was struck and killed in Fairview Heights overnight.
Police say the incident happened around 11:30 p.m. on Frank Scott Parkway between Sullivan Drive and Route 159.
