Two individuals who carried out a pair of armed carjackings in St. Louis in 2022 have each been sentenced to more than 11 years in federal prison.
U.S. District Judge John A. Ross sentenced Jermanine Smith, 51, of St. Louis, to 141 months in prison on Thursday. Judge Ross had previously sentenced Bianka North, 29, of Illinois, to 154 months on June 20.
