Mount Pleasant Man with Criminal Past Arrested, Firearms and Suspected Narcotics Seized by SLMPD

District 3 officers conducted a search at a Mount Pleasant home that resulted in the seizure of firearms and suspected narcotics. The Saint Louis Metropolitan Police Department reported that the operation took place in the 4500 block of Pennsylvania, resulting in the confiscation of two guns, a conversion kit potentially used to make firearms fully automatic, and various substances believed to be illegal narcotics.

During the search at an undisclosed residence, a 39-year-old man with a prior felony record was taken into custody. He was also wanted in connection with a June 23 shooting incident in Dutchtown. He faces charges including first-degree assault, unlawful possession of a firearm, and armed criminal action…
