ST. LOUIS — Travelers at Lambert International Airport are experiencing long lines that extend outside the terminal. The lines are likely tied to a large convention group and the summer travel rush.
The Seventh-Day Adventist convention wrapped up this weekend. There are around 50,000 people in attendance, and many of them flew to St. Louis. According to a spokesperson for the airport, the combination of the convention and seasonal travel is a primary factor in the increased crowd size.
