A man from South Roxana, Illinois, died early Monday morning after his vehicle struck a concrete barrier and overturned on Interstate 270 west of Bellefontaine Road in St. Louis, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred at 4:30 a.m. Monday, July 21, 2025, on the westbound side of Interstate 270.
