STL Oversight Board warned to stop reviewing cases

ST. LOUIS – FOX 2 is following the reaction after the St. Louis Civilian Oversight Board (COB) was warned by the city counselor to stop reviewing cases involving civilian complaints about the police department because it may violate new state law.
