Oklahoma woman charged in St. Louis animal abuse case; husband arrested

ST. LOUIS – An arrest warrant has been issued for an Oklahoma woman who traveled with her husband to St. Louis earlier this month in an ongoing animal abuse investigation.

An employee at St. Louis Cremation in Downtown West contacted police on Friday, July 11, to report a man had arrived looking to cremate four dead dogs.
