ST. LOUIS — Authorities are investigating a fatal crash involving a moped on Manchester Avenue Friday morning.
According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police, the crash occurred around 10 a.m. in the 5000 block of Manchester Avenue in The Hill neighborhood.
SLMPD said no other vehicles were involved in the crash. Manchester Avenue has been closed near the crash site. Police advise drivers to use an alternate route…
