ST. LOUIS – In the Dutchtown neighborhood, video shows a man appear to set off fireworks near his neighbor’s home on July 3.
The next day, Deandre Blaylock was sweeping his front walk before he says his neighbor charged at him.
“Swung on me twice and I said, ‘Oh wow,’” Blaylock explained.
