Franklin County prosecutors charged a Georgia man after they said he kidnapped a woman in Indiana, raped her, and then drove her to Missouri.
A woman at Mercy Hospital in Washington, Missouri, had told law enforcement at the hospital that she had been kidnapped from Indiana.
