ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – A Florissant man was charged Friday after attempting to steal guns from someone, then pistol-whipping and shooting at them during an altercation.
According to a probable cause statement from the Florissant Police Department, the incident happened on July 30. Police did not provide a more specific time and location.
