ST. LOUIS – A plan to build 80 new townhomes in The Hill neighborhood of St. Louis is gaining momentum.
McBride Homes, a Chesterfield-based home building company, has acquired a four-acre site at 5707 Wilson Avenue, near Interstate 44 and Hampton Avenue.
A McBride Homes spokesperson tells FOX 2 that it will formally submit a zoning proposal this week in line with city and state zoning requirements. The zoning process could take anywhere 75-90 days to be approved.
