ST. LOUIS (First Alert 4) — St. Louis Emergency Management Director Sarah Russell is speaking publicly for the first time since they were placed on paid leave following the May 16 tornado.
First Alert 4 Investigator David Amelotti has confirmed Russell will remain on paid leave for another 30 days. That’s taxpayer dollars covering the salary without the job being done, as the city works to sort out what did and didn’t happen three months ago — and why.
