ST. LOUIS – A family is in mourning after a 20-year-old woman was fatally struck by a vehicle in the Jeff-Vander-Lou neighborhood.
Days after Tori Dunn’s passing, the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department (SLMPD) is still searching for the man who they allege is responsible for the tragic event.
