Zachariah Yinger attorney says Studio 420 was singled out in nitrous oxide raid

EAST ALTON — The attorney for Zachariah Yinger, the owner of Studio 420 in Collinsville, claims that a recent police raid and a filing Tuesday seeking forfeiture of cash taken in that raid are targeting “the biggest game in town” but ignoring other merchants.

He also suggested that the money seized is the motive for the raids against his client.

On Tuesday, the Madison County State’s Attorney’s Office filed for the forfeiture of $9,794 seized during the Aug. 20 police raid on Studio 420 in Collinsville.
