ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A former St. Louis County man was arrested six years after being accused of participating in a Jamaican lottery scam.
Christopher Gibbon, 54, was charged by complaint in U.S. District Court in St. Louis on July 26, 2018, and indicted in December 2019 with one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud, wire fraud and bank fraud, four counts of mail fraud and one count of bank fraud. Before he was indicted, Gibbon told his wife that he was going to work and then did not come home.
Gibbon was found living with a girlfriend in Springfield, Mass., under the name Raseqhenre Heedram on Aug. 28, 2025. A judge in U.S. District Court in Hartford has ordered him to be sent to St. Louis…
