EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill. — The FBI is looking for a man they said should be considered armed and dangerous.
According to the FBI, Dontay R. Moore Jr. is wanted for illegal possession of a machine gun. The FBI said he was charged in May and has been on the run ever since.
