Two St. Louis men have pleaded guilty to charges of drug conspiracy. Dennis M. Davis, 47, and Shem J. Guy, 34, admitted involvement in a drug operation dating back to at least 2019, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Missouri.
Davis pleaded guilty yesterday to distributing controlled substances, including fentanyl. Guy pleaded guilty to a conspiracy charge in June and is scheduled for sentencing on October 1. Davis faces a potential sentence of 10 years to life in prison and a fine of up to $5 million. Guy faces up to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $1 million.
