ST. LOUIS — St. Louis Metropolitan police are continuing to investigate after neighbors found a woman’s body in a bag, stuffed inside a tote in the 4900 block of Harney Avenue Sunday afternoon.
It was discovered just blocks from Bellefontaine Cemetery. It’s the second set of human remains found in North City in less than a week.
