Home and business owners not taking any chances with widespread reports of gas odor

FLORISSANT, Mo. (First Alert 4) – Stretching into Friday night, gas leak and odor calls kept some fire departments in St. Louis County and Spire busy.

The calls started coming in Thursday night, according to the Florissant Valley Fire Protection District fire chief, and have continued well into Friday across St. Louis County and into St. Charles County, but most of these calls have been concentrated in North County.
