ST. CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. — A newly expanded law enforcement task force, comprising 20 different agencies from St. Charles and St. Louis counties, conducted its first major joint enforcement operation, resulting in over 40 arrests and the recovery of stolen vehicles and firearms.
The Gateway Regional Criminal Interdiction Task Force’s initial success is being hailed by organizers as a significant step forward in regional law enforcement cooperation.
