ST. LOUIS — St. Louis police are looking for a 25-year-old woman who hasn’t been seen or heard from since August.
According to an endangered missing person advisory, Lillian Collier hasn’t been heard from since Aug. 4. The report also said she is without her medication. Police said they think she was in Downtown St. Louis when she was last heard from.
Police said she is about 5-foot-1 and 120 pounds with dark hair. In photos from the missing person report, she appears to have a tattoo on her forehead…
