Two “serial shoplifters” in Des Peres and other areas in St. Louis County are facing multiple felonies for stealing more than $3,500 from a store at West County Center, according to the Des Peres Department of Public Safety.
Shannon Fisher, 36, of the 900 block of Cass Avenue in the city of St. Louis, was charged Aug. 28 with two felony counts of a fourth or subsequent stealing offense within 10 years, according to the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
