ST. LOUIS — A crash possibly caused by a wrong-way driver on Interstate 170 killed two people on Monday, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash happened at around 1:08 p.m. in the westbound lanes of I-170 near the exit ramp for I-70, the Missouri Department of Transportation said.
Missouri State Highway Patrol Spokesperson Cpl. Dallas Thompson told 5 On Your Side that investigators believe the crash was caused by a wrong-way driver and involved four vehicles. The wrong-way driver was reportedly transported to a local hospital with injuries, the severity of which is unknown…
