A man is facing several charges after allegedly instructing his 6-year-old daughter to attack another student on a bus in Missouri.

The man, identified as 36-year-old Maurice Fox, has been charged by St. Louis County prosecutors with first degree harassment, trespass of a bus and two counts of fourth-degree assault related to the student who was attacked and the bus driver, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE.

The incident happened at around 9 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 9. Fox allegedly entered the bus with his 6-year-old daughter and when the bus driver told him to get off, he pushed his arm away and continued down the bus aisle.

According to police footage obtained by KMOV and KSDK, Fox could be heard telling his daughter, “Do what I told you to do.” He then told the other child, “Hey, don’t put your hands on my daughter no more… ‘cause if I find out you’re touching her again, your parents will have to talk to me.”…
