ST. LOUIS – A Florissant woman is facing a serious charge after she allegedly threatened to carry out a shooting at the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District’s (MSD) offices.
According to St. Louis Circuit Attorneys, Yvette Batchman, 53, called MSD on Oct. 9 to dispute a bill. Prosecutors say that during the first call Batchman made to MSD, the conversation became “belligerent.”
