A Florissant man has been charged in a hit-and-run accident that injured a senior citizen at West County Center in Des Peres.
Justin Gauda, 26, was charged Oct. 9 with felonies for first-degree assault that caused serious physical injury, armed criminal action and leaving the scene of an accident, according to the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. He is being held on a $1 million cash-only bond.
