OVERLAND, Mo. — An Overland man is facing a murder charge after police said he shot and killed his brother during an argument Monday.
Brion Carter was charged with second-degree murder and armed criminal action in connection with the shooting death of his brother.
Overland police said they were called to the 9000 block of Seneca Lane for a report of a shooting. When they arrived, the found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. The victim was pronounced dead at an area hospital a short time later…
