New breakfast spot coming from popular salad restaurant in St. Louis

ST. LOUIS — Chef Josh Smith is adding a new food concept inside his existing restaurant Neon Greens.

Biscuit Town, which operated as a pop-up earlier this year, is now available at Smith’s chef-driven salad spot. Biscuit Town is available Thursday through Monday from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and will offer three biscuit sandwiches and a signature dessert biscuit, as well as two styles of hash browns.

The menu for Biscuit Town is rooted in St. Louis ingredients and partnerships, including Janie’s Mill Organic flour, Buttonwood Farms eggs and Coffee Stamp’s coffee.
