WELLSTON, Mo. – Officers with the North County Police Cooperative responded to a shooting in the 6200 block of Page Boulevard during the Wednesday lunch hour.
“It happened just before 1 p.m. today,” Detective Sgt. Benjamin Santoyo, North County Police Cooperative, said. “We do have a victim with non-life-threatening injuries. Our investigators are policing multiple areas. As you can see behind me, we had shots fired. The exact number is to be determined. And then we that morphed into a mobile crime scene where we had a red sedan go westbound on Page Avenue.”
The victim’s injuries were not life-threatening, Santoyo said.
