ST. LOUIS – The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department (SLMPD) says it is investigating a 2-year-old’s death as a homicide in the Mark Twain neighborhood.
According to SLMPD, police were called to the 4900 block of Thekla on Oct. 27 around 10:40 p.m. in regards to a 2-year-old boy who was unresponsive. When officials arrived at the scene, they took the child to a nearby hospital, where he was declared deceased.
