When a government shutdown drags on, it’s the families in need who feel it first: the missed paychecks, the stalled SNAP benefits, the uneasy grocery runs. That’s why the St. Louis Area Foodbank is teaming up with The Staenberg Group, First Alert 4 and The District STL for an urgent community food drive on Saturday, Nov. 8.
Michael Staenberg said hosting the drive at The District felt right. “Giving back and helping our neighbors is a core Jewish value. We’re proud to support the Foodbank by hosting their food drive and making a positive impact here in our community,” he said.
