ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – The City of St. Louis is taking new action to cut down on yards gone wild.
On Friday, the St. Louis Board of Aldermen passed a bill fining residents who have unruly and unmanaged lawns.
Previously, property owners were given an abatement fee for leaving their lawns to grow wild. The bill adds a $100 fine on top of that, as well as fines of up to $100 a day for chronic violators…
